A Three Day Journey into the Labyrinth of Leadership is held in San Francisco, the ancient Labyrinth is the setting for Leading from the Maze, the template for the Transformational Leader and the practice of Transformative Visioning. Essential to the Extraordinary Leader is the vision that leads her/him toward The Greater Good and the fulfillment of life purpose. Questions are asked of the participants before they enter the Maze with the full expectation that an answer awaits them before the completion of their journey.
As there are three parts to the journey of the Labyrinth, so are there three Leader Guides for the Transformational person. The Mystic is the Child of creativity, music, awe and wonder who seeks to learn always and lives from the heart. The Master is the Adult who “does the work” from the power of Mind and Might and lives out the practices in the life of Mastery. The Mentor is the Sage and the essence of Soul. Wisdom is the source of the Mentor voice who seeks to serve and contribute to the Greater Good for a lasting legacy.
Courses are held twice per year for groups of 18 participants.
The only cost is divided among participants for the Training Room Rental, Travel expenses for Jeff and Susan, three group meals. San Francisco travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of each individual.
Mentoring
Once you have begun your transformational journey, Jeff Patnaude is available to serve as your Mentor/Guide according to your needs. Using Tele-presence, Web Ex, phone, email or in person, Jeff makes time for those who seek guidance or counsel in their journey.
Ponderings
A weekly reflection on Transformational Leadership that is available to only those who have participated in any of the programs.
