As a Two Day program, participants are briefly refreshed in the key points of the first course and then are introduced to two remarkable instruments for examining TWO NEW QUESTIONS:

- Is your life a Seamless Flow of Self-Care, Personal Relationships and Work?
The Judgment Index
The ultimate success of an individual or organization greatly depends on the strength of judgment applied to a countless number of everyday decisions. From small everyday tactical decisions to the large global strategic decisions, good judgment is the key ingredient in success or failure.
The Judgment Index™ provides real, quantifiable insight into judgment and decision-making capacities. As a scientific, mathematical and logically based assessment tool, it provides a unique perspective on measuring judgment.
The Judgment Index™ specifically measures judgment strength in over seventy indicators, including:

The instrument is taken two weeks prior to the seminar to provide adequate time for a written report to be ready for the seminar and the coaching that follows.
The Flow Scales
Most would agree that “flow” or “the zone” is a great experience for maximum energy output, creativity and connecting with others, but how can we learn to encourage this state as the norm, rather than the exception?
The Flow Scales assess the optimal psychological experience of flow—an experience involving total absorption in the task at hand. When in flow, one acts with confidence and ease, and usually at superior levels of performance. The Flow Scales have been used in a wide range of performance domains such as: sports, music, art, work, free time activities and hobbies and learning settings. By determining where you are on the Scales, the participant begins to change the contributing factors for encouraging more frequent experiences of flow and a maximum life experience.
