Recognized as one of the pioneers of Spirit@Work, Jeff leads a ministry to unite the world of work and faith. Jeff’s professional dedication for nearly four decades has centered on guiding and teaching others toward a life of fullness through practical and inspirational spiritual practices.
Jeff is also the founder of Wingspan, a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides leadership seminars for high school students under the title Habits of Heroes. He is also co-founder of The Show KiDS, a weekly values-based web-TV show for children 4-11.
Having trained and mentored over 40,000 business leaders in multiple organizations, Patnaude has been described as “the Leonard Bernstein of leadership development” because of his ability to orchestrate environments for growth and transformation.

Jeff lives on the water by the Chesapeake Bay with his dear wife Susan and his 3 dogs, Surely, Goodness and Mercy. He is the proud father of two daughters, Julie and Laura, and Granddaddy to Ella Marie and Jordyn Grace.
