Transformational Leadership
This three-day seminar is a dynamic process to broaden and deepen your skills into the realm of Transformational Leadership – a level of leadership that is beyond the ordinary. The investigation into the science of Emotional Intelligence serves as a foundation for this training. Session one focuses on the Psychology of Self and utilizes the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® as a baseline of understanding. Session two is the Practice of Self-Mastery which includes the key instrument for measuring the five dynamics of the Transformational Leader:
- Ideal Influence – the presence you exude that others want to emulate
- Inspirational Motivation – providing inspiration for meaning and challenge to their follower’s work
- Intellectual Stimulation – stimulating others to be innovative and creative by questioning assumptions

Legacy
Once you have completed Part One, Developing the Transformational Leader, you are invited to return to the Golden Apple Center for a two day extension for determining what legacy your leadership will leave behind. Utilizing the Judgment Index which measures 78 characteristics about your individual style, The Energy Leadership Index that discovers your energy strengths and developmental areas and the Enneagram which shows you a style preference and barriers you may entertain, Part Two is rich in discovery and how you can best prepare your leadership legacy.

The HU-MAN-agement series of leadership and management development courses provides focused, interactive training at three levels: beginning management, advanced management, and new team development.
