Pay it Forward: Through one Eagle who leads a team of 12 high performers, they will share the Executive learning experience in a cohort environment, sharing the same Eagle principles throughout the team. They will grow as a team throughout the three month learning period, practicing The Art of Leadership through Mentoring AND:
- Deepen their personal application of leadership through enhanced mentorship and coaching skills
- Build a high performing team, based upon proven business principles, within their organization
- Contribute business experiences through Best Practice sharing, while publicizing philanthropic accomplishments through the global publication, The Greater Good
- Prepare for their Extraordinary Service Opportunity for two years following that will influence hundreds of additional lives.
Here’s how it works:
1. The Eagle is recruited based upon their evident transformational leadership and mentorship potential and is personally coached by Jeff Patnaude. A pre-evaluation and post-evaluation measure growth differences.
2. The Eagle recruits three Master Mentors from his/her organization (in same geographic location) who the Eagle will coach with the assistance of an Executive Coach.
3. The three Master Mentors will EACH subsequently recruit three Managing Mentors who they personally will teach the lessons of The Eagle’s Way, implementing learned skills and using the leaders guide and tools.
4. At the end of the three month training period, The Eagle Team will immediately begin to influence your organization through enhanced Leadership principles and an additional Service Opportunity under the guidance of The Eagle Training Organization.

The program ends with one full day for team development led by the Eagle and the Executive coach on your site that reviews all session material, builds team dynamic and prepares group for Extraordinary Service Op.
